Willing Wednesday

I've been procrastinating paying off my tuition and getting my books for school...but today I willed myself to do it. I have history, speech, and ballet this semester. History sounds boring, speech sounds nerve wracking, and ballet sounds...absolutely wonderful! 

Because of this 8am ballet class I've been trying to accomplish two things:
 1. Cure my vampirism.
2. Prep my body for weight loss.

 I'm not doing such a great job curing my vampirism. I stayed up all night last night. Hopefully I can get this under control before Tuesday next week, otherwise I wont get any sleep and I'll become a Zombie. That wont be any good vampire by night, zombie by day. I'm pumped though, and tonight I will defeat the beast within me!  

I am making progress with my weight loss prep. To prep for weight loss I am cutting out high-starch foods from my diet and limiting my sugar intake before ballet starts. The ballet will serve as my starting exercise and the healthy eating will enable me to maximize my weight loss results. I'm also increasing the amount of fruits and veggies I munch on. Currently I weigh 132.8. I want to lose 12 lbs.

So for snacks I've stashed away some pineapple, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, grapes, and granny smith apples.

And I've been eating a lot of lean proteins, veggies, and salads. I still have slight trouble controlling my cookie & candy intake though =(

Transformation Tuesday

School will be starting back up next week, so I am in the process of correcting my sleep schedule. I have a ballet class at 8am, and will have to be awake in the mornings now. I can no longer be a vampire.

Vampire Cures:

Relax Me Juice

 I buy this at Walmart. My brain runs a million miles an hour at night, and it helps me to chill out. I also drink it when I am sick and cant sleep.

Lights Out or Dimmed.
I dim the lights on my comp as far down as they will go and turn out all unnecessary lights around me.  A dimmer switch is useful.

These are the only two things that have helped me to get sleep so far.

Life! I have so many things I want to do with my life. I want to learn ballet, pick up art classes, design my own clothes, decorate my room, get married, get a super hot body, read more, laugh more, learn more, do more, etc...
 And so I have made this blog to record the kinds of things I want to do with my life. From tiny minuscule things to humongous never-the-same-again things. I'd like to inspire and be inspired.
